SHIPPING

As soon as we have received your order we will send it to you as soon as possible. In general, the delivery term is 1-3 business days inside the US. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly. Safiya Alexandrites provides free 2 day Fedex insured shipping.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed before 5:00pm (PST) will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) excluding national holidays.  If a resize is required there might be a slight delay in shipping.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined, unless otherwise requested. An additional 1-3 business days processing time is required.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer service here so that we can assist you further.

FREE FEDEX 2 DAYS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Purchase any item and we will ship it to you anywhere for free. We provide fast, free shipping and insurance to all our shipping destinations, regardless of the order amount. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.

SHIPPING METHODS

US orders are shipped via FedEx Two Day Saver. International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority. Order status and tracking information are available from the Safiya Alexandrites website by clicking here (Customer Management link).

Please note: We only ship your order once it has passed through our thorough quality control.

For your protection, Safiya Alexandrites always:

  1. Insures and registers all items for their full value
  2. Uses only FedEx services for all orders, in order to deliver high value packages in the fastest and safest manner.
  3. Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address
  4. Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses
  5. Requires a signature for the package
  6. Allows for an alternative shipping address

We suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.

ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee.

CUSTOMS

Please note that all goods are shipped from the United States, and any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
